• If you’re going to provide me with assets to use for the commissions (e.g vtuber illustrations), please make sure to get the express permission of the artists of said assets.
   

• I reserve the right to publish my works publicly for portfolio, promotional and other non-commercial purposes, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner. However, I will be happy to accommodate any product release dates you might have, so feel free to let me know if you have one.

• I reserve the right to decline a commission offer, as well as to accept them in whatever order that I deem convenient or appropriate.

• I retain the copyright to all my commission works, and the client may not claim the work as their own. For commercial uses (merchandising, etc) there will be an additional fee to be discussed between the artist and the client.

• Credits and tips are greatly appreciated!
   

• It takes time for me to respond to everyone’s messages, so please be patient. If you do not receive a response from me within 48 hours, however, feel free to message me again.
   

• In the event where a delay in delivery seems likely due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness and personal emergencies, I will be sure to inform you as soon as possible.
   

• All payment must be made in USD via Paypal. Prices are non-negotiable.

• Animation will be done by my friend @Ray_Designx. Fees for animation will be collect in separated invoice. It will be send to the client after review the sample animation.

• An additional surcharge of 20% - 50% will be applied if the work is URGENT.
   

• Prices are subject to change any time as demand and the quality of my work increase.
   

• No refunds are allowed, unless I am unable to deliver the artwork.
   

• Clients are allowed up to 2 small changes, such as minor colour correction and text edits, after they receive a preview of the finished artwork. Additional changes will cost, depending on the complexity. Any changes that require heavy editing will be discussed with the client before execution, and I ask you to please be reasonable and decisive with the changes you request for. That being said, I do not charge for errors that are a result of personal oversight.
